St. Petersburg Homes and Condominiums

Pier in St. PetersburgWelcome to St. Petersburg Florida, a city that really does have it all! Wonderful weather and lots of sandy beaches draw people from around the nation and the world. Nicknamed "The Sunshine City", St Petersburg is nestled on a peninsula between St. Petersburg and the Gulf of Mexico.

The St. Petersburg real estate market also calls to homebuyers with great diversity – everything from snazzy lofts to waterfront condos located on Beach Drive to beautiful homes on lush green pieces of property make up the mix of St. Petersburg homes for sale.

Snell Isle Real Estate

Snell Isle  is a peaceful and quiet residential waterfront community, offering hints of Europe mixed with Florida waterfront stylishness. This premier subdivision offers a whole host of luxury homes with boat docks and waterfront views.

The area contains many original classic homes along with other large homes, well-kept lawns and tree lined streets. Of particular pride is the restored Snell Isle Park Plaza. Volunteers from the Association's membership spent hundreds of hours restoring the park's walkways, statuary and landscaping that reflects the splendor of the past. The soon-to-be completed project at the entrance to Snell Isle will identify the community with a small fountain, new sidewalks and landscaping.

Old Northeast St. Pete

The Historic Old Northeast section of Saint Petersburg, Florida is the oldest neighborhood in the city. Like many of the cities more prestigious areas, it was developed in the early 1900’s by C. Perry Snell and J.C. Hamlett. Old Northeast overlooks Tampa Bay and is home to some 9,000 people living in a mixture of home styles that range from old Mediterranean to bungalow. It’s located between Fourth Street North to the bay between Fifth and 30th Avenues north.

As its name indicates it occupies the North East section of the city. Location is one of the many features that make it one of the area’s most desirable places to live. The Old Northeast shares it eastern border with the waters of Tampa Bay. The Neighborhood also boasts several beautiful waterfront parks and a dog park. The Old Northeast is just seconds from Downtown Saint Petersburg, minutes from Downtown Tampa, minutes from the pristine sands of the Gulf Beaches and less than 2 hours from Walt Disney and the other tourist destinations of Orlando, Florida.

Real Estate prices in the Old Northeast section of St. Pete vary as much as the architecture, with homes priced from around $300K to over $10M. Although this area is mostly single family homes, there are also some townhomes, condos and apartments.
