I first met Tom Hallis, through the realtor who sold my house in another city.  He had talked to him and explained that I was relocating and needed guidance in buying a home.When I met Tom, we went through my (wish) list for a house. He advised me on the different locations in the area and we started our hunt.  The words patience, caring and trusting can only describe someone who for 7 months, helped me find the perfect place.  Was it anywhere close to my wish list?  Heavens no.  I completely turned the tables on this man at least a half a dozen times and yet he always complied, no questions asked.  After spending another full day of looking at  a dozen or so homes, we came upon "That's it....this is the one" comment.Tom immediately drew up papers and within 24 hours the transaction was done and accepted.The paper work, the closing, the move everything was done so smoothly, and professionaly.   Tom took care of every last detail and made sure that everything was perfect.Would I recommend him as a realtor?  Personally I just put his name in for "Sainthood", but if you do need his services, I would do it now I can assure you,  you will be in good hands.  Tom is equipped with all the latest technology and knows what is on the market before it goes on the market.Thank you Tom for the time and effort you have put into finding my home.
